Compare InnSyst with other hotel PMS

Honest, side-by-side comparisons of InnSyst and the property management systems it is most often shortlisted against. Every page uses the same criteria: pricing, AI front desk, direct bookings, distribution, setup and support.

InnSyst publishes its prices: Starter is $6 per room per month, Professional is $8 per room per month, and the Host plan for vacation rentals is $30 per month flat for 1 to 9 units. There are no per-booking fees, onboarding and data migration are free, and the AI front desk is included rather than sold as an add-on. Most of the systems compared here quote pricing on request, so each page lists what is publicly known, the date it was checked, and where the competitor is genuinely stronger.

Frequently asked questions

Which hotel PMS publishes its prices?

InnSyst does: $6 per room per month on Starter, $8 per room per month on Professional (as low as $4 at volume), and $30 per month flat for vacation-rental hosts with 1 to 9 units. Of the systems compared here, Little Hotelier, Hotelogix, INNsight and ASI FrontDesk (for properties of up to 15 rooms) also publish prices, while Cloudbeds, Mews, innRoad, eZee (Yanolja Cloud Solution) and Innsist (TCA Software Solutions) quote on request for their core plans. Each comparison page notes what pricing was public on the day it was checked.

Does InnSyst charge per booking?

No. InnSyst charges a flat per-room (or per-unit) subscription with no per-booking fees and no commission on direct bookings made through its booking engine. Payment processing is processor-agnostic, so you keep your own merchant relationship. Some competitors add a percentage fee on booking value on top of the subscription; the comparison pages call this out where it applies.

Can I migrate from another PMS to InnSyst?

Yes. InnSyst supports data migration from most major PMS platforms, including Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier, Mews, Opera and others, and the onboarding team helps you transfer reservations, guest profiles and historical data. Onboarding and migration are free, there is no setup fee for hotel plans, no credit card is needed to start, and most properties are live within 15 minutes.

How were these comparisons made?

Each page compares InnSyst's own published product details with the competitor's public website, pricing page and documentation on the date listed in its sources section. Where a competitor does not publish a price we say so rather than guess. Every page also lists where the competitor is stronger. InnSyst is not affiliated with any of the companies compared; their names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Is InnSyst the same company as INNsight?

No. InnSyst is the hotel and vacation-rental PMS made by Presidium Services LLC at innsyst.com. INNsight is an unrelated San Francisco hotel website, marketing and PMS company at innsight.com. The names are similar by coincidence and there is no ownership or product connection between the two. Because the mix-up is common, the InnSyst vs INNsight page compares the two companies fairly and links to INNsight's own site. Innsist (spelled I-N-N-S-I-S-T), the hotel software suite of TCA Software Solutions of Monterrey, Mexico, is likewise an unrelated PMS vendor with a similar name, and has its own InnSyst vs Innsist comparison page.

Which of these systems includes an AI front desk?

InnSyst includes Frontdesk AI on its Professional plan at $8 per room per month; it handles guest check-in, common questions, key access and payments around the clock. Among the systems compared, only eZee (Yanolja Cloud Solution) currently bundles a comparable guest-facing AI concierge, Pulse AI, and only on its Growth and Enterprise tiers at no extra cost until December 2026, with pricing to be confirmed after that; Mews offers AI guest-preference summaries on its Advanced tier, Hotelogix has announced AI for rates and marketing, and INNsight sells AI reputation and rate tools.

Do these comparisons cover vacation rentals as well as hotels?

The comparison pages focus on the hotel PMS, because that is where these vendors overlap most. InnSyst also runs a dedicated vacation-rental product on the same platform, priced at $30 per month flat for 1 to 9 units (Host), $24 per unit per month for 10 to 30 units (Manager) and from $14 down to $10 per unit for larger Brand portfolios, with no per-booking fees. See the vacation-rental view of the pricing page for details.
