InnSyst vs eZee

An honest look at InnSyst and eZee, now sold as Yanolja Cloud Solution, and how to tell which one fits your property.

eZee Absolute, eZee Centrix and eZee Reservation are now sold under the Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS) brand: the Surat, India company founded in 2005 as eZee Technosys was acquired by Seoul-based Yanolja in September 2019 and presents itself on LinkedIn as "Yanolja Cloud Solution, (formerly eZee)", although the eZee names still appear on review platforms. YCS claims a very large installed base of 33,000+ clients in 170+ countries, an all-in-one bundle and a new Pulse AI layer. InnSyst is a lower-cost, AI-first PMS with published per-room pricing and an AI front desk included. Every eZee / YCS fact below comes from the vendor's own pages or a named review platform, checked on 26 September 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Is eZee the same as Yanolja Cloud Solution?

Yes. eZee Technosys, founded in 2005 in Surat, India, was acquired by the Seoul-based travel group Yanolja in September 2019 for an undisclosed sum and now trades as Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS); its LinkedIn page reads "Yanolja Cloud Solution, (formerly eZee)". The products once sold as eZee Absolute (PMS), eZee Centrix (channel manager) and eZee Reservation (booking engine) are now marketed simply as PMS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine, though the eZee names survive on Capterra and Hotel Tech Report.

Is InnSyst a good eZee alternative?

Yes, if you want published pricing and an AI front desk included. InnSyst bundles the PMS, a commission-free booking engine, a 100+ OTA channel manager, GDS connectivity and Frontdesk AI for $8 per room per month on Professional, with free onboarding and migration. eZee / YCS is a larger and more heavily reviewed platform with restaurant POS and multilingual support, but its three core tiers are quoted rather than published, Pulse AI is free only until December 2026, and its terms make fees non-refundable.

How much does eZee (Yanolja Cloud Solution) cost?

Core pricing is not publicly listed. YCS charges one flat monthly price per property based on room count with no per-booking commission, but as of 26 September 2026 its Essential, Growth and Enterprise tiers all display "Contact Us". Only add-ons are priced: Website Builder $45 per property per month, Restaurant POS $90 per outlet, Open API $150 per package and Marketplace $45 for unlimited integrations. Capterra still shows legacy eZee plans from $23.86 per month for a 5-room example, but those figures are not on the vendor's site.

Does eZee offer a free trial?

Capterra, Software Advice and GetApp all list a free trial as available for the YCS PMS, but no trial length is stated on those listings or on the vendor's current pricing and PMS pages, so confirm the terms with YCS directly. InnSyst works by demo: book a free walkthrough with your own property data, and if you proceed there is no credit card needed to start and most properties are live within 15 minutes.

Can I migrate from eZee to InnSyst?

Yes. InnSyst supports data migration from most major PMS platforms and the onboarding team transfers reservations, guest profiles and historical data at no charge. Before you give notice, read the YCS Terms and Refund Policy: fees are non-refundable, the Terms refer to 30 days' written notice to cancel, the Refund Policy requires 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle, and YCS reserves the right to delete account content after termination, so export your data first.

Does InnSyst charge per booking?

No. InnSyst charges a flat per-room subscription with no per-booking fees, no per-channel fees and 0% commission on direct bookings through its booking engine. Payment processing is processor-agnostic, so you keep your own merchant account and rates. YCS also states that its plans carry no per-booking commission; its bundled Payment Solution's processing rates are not published.

What is Pulse AI and is it included?

Pulse AI is the AI layer YCS markets as an "Agentic PMS": an AI Concierge and, per its August 2026 launch release, eight agents covering guest communication, reservations, check-in and check-out, housekeeping, room service, payments and upselling, validated first at 1,000+ hotels in India. It is included on the Growth and Enterprise tiers at no extra cost only until December 2026, with pricing to be confirmed before then. InnSyst's Frontdesk AI is a standing feature of the $8 Professional plan.

Which is better for a small independent hotel?

eZee / YCS has the deeper track record: most of its Hotel Tech Report reviewers run 10 to 49 room properties and rate the PMS 4.7/5, and Hotel Tech Report calls its pricing below average for the category. InnSyst's advantage is certainty and inclusions: a 20-room hotel knows it will pay $120 to $160 per month before speaking to anyone, gets GDS and an AI front desk included, and can leave on 30 days' notice. If you need restaurant POS or multilingual support, YCS earns a look.
