Microsoft Clarity records user sessions including mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls. Sensitive content such as passwords, credit card fields, and other sensitive form inputs are automatically masked and never captured in recordings. Clarity may share data with Microsoft Advertising.

Umami Analytics: We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service provided by Umami Software, Inc. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Without these cookies, you cannot use the platform. These cookies expire when your session ends or after a set period of inactivity.
Google reCAPTCHA v3: We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our login page from automated abuse and bot attacks. reCAPTCHA may set cookies and collect information including your IP address, browser characteristics, and interaction data. This information is sent to Google for analysis. Google's reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms).
Social Login Providers: If you choose to log in using a social account, the following third-party services may set their own cookies:

Our platform uses the following external services that receive limited data but do not set cookies:
IP Geolocation Services: We use IP-based geolocation services (ipapi.co, ipwho.is, ip-api.com, and ipify.org) to determine your approximate location for displaying local weather information and setting appropriate regional defaults. These services receive your IP address.
Weather Data: We use the Open-Meteo API to display local weather information on the platform dashboard. This service receives location coordinates but no personally identifiable information.
Reverse Geocoding: We use BigDataCloud to convert location coordinates into readable place names. This service receives location data but no personally identifiable information.
6. Types of Cookies Summary
Essential Cookies (Platform only): Required for login, session management, and security on hotel.presidiumservices.com. Cannot be disabled without losing platform functionality.
Analytics Cookies (Website only): Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies on innsyst.com used to understand site usage and improve our website. Google Analytics can be opted out of using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on. Microsoft Clarity can be managed through your browser cookie settings. Umami Analytics does not set any cookies.
Security Cookies (Platform only): Google reCAPTCHA cookies used to protect the login page from bots and automated attacks.
Third-Party Authentication Cookies (Platform only): Set by Google, Facebook, or Yahoo only when you choose to log in using a social account.
