InnSyst vs Innsist

Two hotel software companies with near-identical names and no connection to each other, compared honestly on pricing, features and fit.

First, the disambiguation: InnSyst and Innsist are different companies. InnSyst (spelled I-N-N-S-Y-S-T) is the hotel and vacation-rental PMS made by Presidium Services LLC at innsyst.com. Innsist (spelled I-N-N-S-I-S-T) is the hotel software suite of TCA Software Solutions, S.A. de C.V., a Monterrey, Mexico company founded in 1982 whose products now sit under the TCA Hospitality brand at tca.com. The two share no ownership, technology or partnership; the similar names are a coincidence. Because searchers and even directories mix them up, this page compares them fairly. Innsist is an on-premises or cloud hotel ERP built for mid-size to large independent hotels, resorts and international chains across Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America, with 38 Innsist-named products and quote-only pricing. InnSyst is an AI-first cloud PMS with published per-room pricing and a 100+ OTA channel manager, GDS connectivity and AI front desk bundled in. Every Innsist fact below comes from tca.com or a named third-party source, checked on 27 September 2026.

The short version

Choose InnSyst if you run an independent property or small group, want to see the price before you talk to anyone ($6 to $8 per room per month), and want the channel manager, GDS and an AI front desk included with free onboarding and a 15-minute setup. Choose Innsist if you run a large resort, hotel group or chain in Mexico or Latin America, need country-specific electronic billing and fiscal certification built into the PMS and back office, want a full hotel ERP from one vendor, and are comfortable with quote-based pricing and a vendor-led implementation.

Where each one stands out

InnSyst is stronger on…

  • ✓A published price ($6 to $8 per room per month) instead of a quote request, with no long-term contract and 30 days' notice to cancel
  • ✓Channel manager, commission-free booking engine and GDS connectivity bundled into the subscription, where Innsist treats each as a third-party interface or a separately quoted product
  • ✓A guest-facing AI front desk included on Professional; no AI feature is described on the tca.com product pages we checked, although TCA's LinkedIn page promotes Innsist PMS as an agentic hospitality platform
  • ✓Free onboarding and data migration with a 15-minute self-serve setup, against a vendor-led implementation with unpublished fees
  • ✓A fit for small independents, B&Bs and vacation rentals, a segment nothing on tca.com addresses

Innsist is stronger on…

  • ✓Latin American fiscal compliance: electronic billing through authorized fiscal certification providers, with 17 named jurisdictions across the Caribbean, Central America, South America, the US and Puerto Rico (Mexico, the home market, is not on the published list)
  • ✓Full hotel ERP scope from one vendor: 38 Innsist-named products including PMS, CRS, Back Office with accounting and payables, Payroll, Ownership Management, Event & Group, a multi-outlet POS family, Spa and Analytics
  • ✓Deployment choice: on-premises or cloud, with vendor-run managed services quoting a 15-minute RPO and 2-hour RTO
  • ✓A track record since 1982 in Monterrey; a 2021 press note carried vendor boilerplate naming Grupo Posadas, Grupo Vidanta, AMResorts, Grupo Velas and Park Royal among its clients
  • ✓24/7 multilingual helpdesk with a consultant assigned to each account, and integrations with Duetto, IDeaS, Oracle Hospitality, Mews, STAY and other recognised vendors listed on Hotel Tech Report

Which should you choose?

Go with InnSyst if…

You run an independent hotel, motel, B&B or small group, want to know your exact monthly cost before talking to sales, want OTA distribution, GDS reach and an AI front desk included rather than interfaced, and would rather be live in about 15 minutes with free migration than schedule an implementation project.

Go with Innsist if…

You run a large resort, hotel group or chain in Mexico, the Caribbean or Latin America, need electronic billing and fiscal certification built into the PMS and back office, want accounting, payroll, ownership, POS and spa from the same vendor, and are comfortable with quote-based pricing, a vendor-led implementation and a product with no public reviews found on the platforms we checked.

Frequently asked questions

Is InnSyst the same company as Innsist?

No. InnSyst is the hotel and vacation-rental property management system made by Presidium Services LLC at innsyst.com. Innsist is the hotel software suite of TCA Software Solutions, S.A. de C.V., a Monterrey, Nuevo León company founded in 1982 that also sells retail and healthcare software; its products are marketed under the TCA Hospitality brand at tca.com. The two companies have no ownership, partnership or technology connection, and the similar spelling is a coincidence. If you arrived here looking for Innsist, its PMS page is at tca.com. A third unrelated company, INNsight, is compared on our InnSyst vs INNsight page.

Is InnSyst a good Innsist alternative?

For independent hotels and small groups, yes. InnSyst bundles the PMS, a commission-free booking engine, a 100+ OTA channel manager, GDS connectivity and Frontdesk AI for $8 per room per month on Professional, with free onboarding and migration and a 15-minute setup. Innsist is built for a different buyer: mid-size to large resorts and chains in Mexico and Latin America that need country-specific electronic billing, a full back office with accounting and payroll, and on-premises or cloud deployment from one vendor. If you need that fiscal and ERP depth, Innsist is the more complete option; if you do not, InnSyst is the simpler, published-price choice.

How much does Innsist cost?

Innsist pricing is not publicly listed. On 27 September 2026 the tca.com PMS page showed no price, currency, per-room or per-property figure or licence fee, only Request a demo, Contact Sales and Let's Grow Together calls to action. Hotel Tech Report lists it as Pricing Available By Request, the Spanish directory ComparaSoftware lists it as bajo cotización (under quotation), and SoftwareSuggest routes to a quote form on a profile the vendor has not claimed. Implementation and training are offered as vendor services with no fees published, and no free trial or free tier was found. InnSyst publishes its prices: $6 per room per month on Starter and $8 on Professional, as low as $4 at volume.

Does Innsist work for small independent hotels?

It is not positioned for them. The tca.com PMS page describes Innsist as built for mid-size to large independent or extensive international hotel chains, and the vendor's Hospitality Net profile targets business-class, resort and luxury hotels from 4 and 5 stars to diamond classification. Nothing on tca.com addresses small inns, B&Bs or vacation-rental operators, and the channel manager, booking engine and payments are third-party interfaces or separately quoted products rather than a bundled self-serve stack. InnSyst's Starter plan is priced from a 10-room minimum and includes those pieces in the subscription.

Can I migrate from Innsist to InnSyst?

Yes. InnSyst supports data migration from most PMS platforms, and the onboarding team transfers reservations, guest profiles and historical data at no charge, with no setup fee on hotel plans. Because Innsist licence terms and contract lengths are not published, check your TCA agreement for notice periods and any on-premises licence or managed-services commitments before you set a switch date. If your property relies on Innsist Back Office for electronic billing or fiscal certification, confirm how you will meet those requirements after the move, since InnSyst does not currently list country-specific electronic invoicing among its features.

Does InnSyst charge per booking?

No. InnSyst charges a flat per-room subscription with no per-booking fees, no per-channel fees and 0% commission on direct bookings through its booking engine. Payment processing is processor-agnostic, so you keep your own merchant account and rates. Innsist publishes no transaction, per-booking or gateway fees at all; payments run through third-party payment gateway interfaces whose costs depend on the gateway you choose and your TCA quote.

Does InnSyst support Mexican electronic invoicing (CFDI)?

InnSyst does not currently list Mexican CFDI or any other country-specific electronic invoicing or fiscal certification among its published features, so we do not claim it here; ask the InnSyst team about your specific tax requirements before you buy. The InnSyst site is available in eight languages including Spanish. Innsist, by contrast, markets electronic billing through authorized fiscal certification providers and a back office that claims to adapt to the tax compliance of any country in the Americas, naming 17 jurisdictions across the Caribbean, Central America, South America, the United States and Puerto Rico; Mexico, its home market, is not on that published list, so confirm the scope with TCA.

What do reviewers say about Innsist?

Very little is public. On 27 September 2026 Hotel Tech Report showed 0 reviews, an HT Score of 0 out of 100 and Not yet recommended by any hotels; ComparaSoftware showed no rating and no published reviews; SoftwareSuggest showed no reviews on an unclaimed profile; and no live Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice or G2 listing was found, with a 2023 Capterra Ecuador page now returning a 404. The company's own public figures are dated: its CEO cited almost 25 percent market share in Mexico in a 2020 profile, a 2021 press note claimed a 25% share of the Mexican hotels-and-resorts segment and 200,000+ rooms in Latin America, and its VP Hospitality cited roughly 35% of Mexican hotel chains in a 2023 interview. Treat all of these as vendor statements of their time, not current facts.
