Hotelogix and InnSyst are two of the few hotel PMS vendors that publish per-room prices, so buyers often compare them line by line. The headline rates are close: Hotelogix's Premium tier is USD 4.99 per room per month and its Premium Plus is USD 7.99, against InnSyst's $6 Starter and $8 Professional. The real differences are in what each tier bundles, the minimum monthly billing, the one-time fees for training, payment gateways and GDS, and whether AI is included. Hotelogix, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Singapore per its About page, is a broad, long-established platform with POS, GDS Connect and a new multi-property module. InnSyst is an AI-first PMS with the channel manager, GDS, payments and AI front desk bundled into one price. Every Hotelogix fact below comes from hotelogix.com or a named review platform, checked on 26 September 2026.

Frequently asked questions
Is InnSyst a good Hotelogix alternative?
Yes, especially if you want distribution, payments, GDS and AI in one price. Both publish per-room rates, but Hotelogix bundles its channel manager, payment gateway, GDS and revenue tools only from Premium Plus (USD 7.99 per room) and charges separately for gateway integration, custom training and GDS deposits. InnSyst's $8 Professional plan includes all of that plus an AI front desk, with free onboarding and migration. If your priority is the lowest core PMS rate, Hotelogix's USD 4.99 Premium tier is genuinely cheaper for properties up to 20 rooms; InnSyst Starter falls to $5 per room above that.
How much does Hotelogix cost?
Hotelogix publishes independent-property pricing for up to 100 rooms in three tiers: Premium at USD 4.99 per room per month (USD 90 minimum), Premium Plus at USD 7.99 (USD 135 minimum) and Platinum at USD 11.99 (USD 165 minimum). Billed annually the rates fall to USD 3.99, 5.99 and 8.99. Add-ons include Distribution at USD 1 per room (USD 25 minimum), interfaces at USD 25 each and Xero accounting at USD 0.50 per room. Multi-property and 100+ room pricing is by quote, and European visitors see EUR rates.
How much cheaper is InnSyst than Hotelogix?
On the headline rate it is not: Hotelogix Premium (USD 4.99) undercuts InnSyst Starter ($6), and Premium Plus (USD 7.99) is a cent below InnSyst Professional ($8). The difference is the total bill. A 20-room hotel pays InnSyst $160 per month on Professional with channel manager, payments, GDS and AI front desk included. On Hotelogix Premium Plus it pays about USD 160 per month, then a one-time US $500 gateway integration, a refundable US $500 GDS deposit plus unpublished GDS fees, and US $350 to $500 per day for custom training.
Does Hotelogix charge setup or training fees?
Basic setup is included in every Hotelogix plan, and the 15-day trial carries no set-up, software, training or support cost. Beyond that, Hotelogix's FAQ prices custom training at US $350 per day online or US $500 per day on-site with the hotel paying trainer travel, and charges a one-time US $500 fee to integrate a payment gateway. GDS sign-ups need a refundable US $500 deposit. InnSyst charges no setup fee on hotel plans, includes onboarding and data migration free, and needs no training to use.
Does Hotelogix offer a free trial?
Yes. Hotelogix offers a 15-day free trial with no set-up fees, software cost, training cost or technical support cost, and it cites this try-before-you-buy approach as the reason it does not offer refunds after purchase. InnSyst works by demo instead: book a free walkthrough with your own property data, and if you proceed there is no credit card needed to start and most properties are live within 15 minutes.
Can I migrate from Hotelogix to InnSyst?
Yes. InnSyst supports data migration from most major PMS platforms and the onboarding team transfers reservations, guest profiles and historical data at no charge. Plan the timing around Hotelogix's Terms of Service, which auto-renew each subscription for a term equal to the last one unless you give 30 days' advance notice, and which make all subscription charges non-refundable, so give notice before your next renewal date rather than after.
Does InnSyst charge per booking?
No. InnSyst charges a flat per-room subscription with no per-booking fees, no per-channel fees and 0% commission on direct bookings through its booking engine. Payment processing is processor-agnostic, so you keep your own merchant account and rates. Hotelogix's subscription is also per room, but its GDS Connect adds a travel-agent fee, GDS fee and booking charge on every materialised GDS reservation, none of which are published as amounts.
Which is better for a small hotel?
For a property of about 16 to 20 rooms that only needs a PMS and a booking engine, Hotelogix Premium at USD 4.99 per room is the cheaper starting point and comes with a 15-day trial; below 15 rooms its USD 90 minimum costs the same as or more than InnSyst Starter, and above 20 rooms InnSyst Starter drops to $5 per room, a cent above Hotelogix. Once you add OTA distribution, card payments through the booking engine or GDS, Hotelogix needs Premium Plus at USD 7.99 (or the Distribution add-on) plus gateway and GDS fees, at which point InnSyst Professional at $8 with everything bundled, free onboarding and an AI front desk is usually the better value.
