How much does InnSyst cost?
InnSyst uses simple per-room, per-month pricing. The Starter plan is $6/room/month and the Professional plan is $8/room/month. Volume discounts are available for larger properties — rates drop for properties with 20+ rooms. No hidden fees, no per-booking charges, no long-term contracts.
Are there any hidden fees or per-booking charges?
No. Your monthly fee covers everything in your plan. We don't charge per booking, per channel, or per guest. What you see on our pricing page is what you pay.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel with 30 days' notice. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically based on your total room count across all properties. The more rooms you manage, the lower your per-room rate.
How much does InnSyst cost for vacation rentals?
The Host plan is $30/month flat for 1-9 units ($25/month on the annual plan). The Manager plan is $24/unit/month for 10-30 units, and the Brand plan runs from $14 down to $10/unit/month for 30+ units. Switch the toggle above to see the vacation-rental plans.
Do I have to use InnSyst's payment processor?
No. InnSyst is payment-agnostic: bring your own merchant account or use one of our processing partners. Either way you keep the direct relationship with your processor and can negotiate your own rates.
What is the difference between Starter and Professional?
Starter ($6/room/month) covers the cloud PMS, commission-free booking engine, Google Hotel Links, a hotel website and basic guest messaging. Professional ($8/room/month) adds Frontdesk AI, unlimited OTA channels, automated SMS and email, payment processing, reputation management and a dedicated support contact. Every plan includes in-app ticket support with responses in under 2 hours.
Is there a free trial or setup fee?
There is no setup fee for hotel plans or for the Host and Manager vacation-rental plans; the Brand tier has a one-time $499 setup that is waived on 12+ month contracts.
